I talked to I believe it was Roxanne from Stirling and she was saying they are going to try and keep the centre part of the flea market automotive and the rest will be having general flea market stuff. Barrie should take note of Stirling that if you are allowing everything in divide it up.
As for me I am vending at Lindsay but I was planning to shut down Sat. night and go to Stirling Sun. But Lindsay is now advertising a big car show with room for 500 cars so I guess I will change my plans and stay and see the show. I think Lindsay will become "THE" flea mrkt. with rumours that this will be the last yr. for barrie???? Lots of "on site' parking, great car show & car coral room & most importantly "car related sales ONLY!!!! but a few sneak there "crap' in.

OK I screwed up. I had that one sent to me about a week ago and I never even read thinking it was the same one so I am passing the buck!!!!!!!! The no name one highlights hot rods and rat rods more and the $500. top prize in the Sunday raffle so I posted it. .

Did any one else here get the email news letter from the Stirling Ag board who host the flea market?
A few new rules I don't really care for.
Out door venders can set up Wednesday.
Must be set up by 8:00am Sat or spot will be sold.
Must stay till Sunday at 2:00 pm.

Just might be my last year vending, not that I have much to sell any way.

To All Stirling Automotive Antique Flea Market Vendors:

Hope you have all enjoyed your winter and are looking forward to spring. Once again the Stirling Agricultural Society Inc. would like to thank you for your continued support to our flea market, which draws thousands to our local community.

Flea Market is on May 2nd and 3rd, 2015 and the following is some information in regards to setup times and reminders:

- Inside vendors can setup April 30th and May 1st

-outside vendors can start to setup on Wednesday April 29th

- don't forget your yellow tag, you will need this for entry (most received during registration last year)

- please check in at the office when you arrive to setup and to receive your complimentary hat

- entertainment will be provided Saturday Evening between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm approximately

- you can register for next year when you check in or anytime over the weekend for $40.00

- if you choose to wait to register until after the flea market the fee will be $50.00.

Please find attached 2015 Rules and Regulations that Stirling Agricultural Society will be enforcing to avoid complaints received from attendees and vendors.

We are looking forward to another successful year and continuing this event for years to come, should you have any suggestions, please feel free to contact the office staff.

2015 Rules and Regulations for Stirling Antique Automotive Flea Market

1. All vendor tags have been given out during last year's event and/or mail to you, therefore if a new tag

is needed there will be a charge of $10.00 per tag no exceptions.

2. There will be a designated parking area for Vendors and the tag must be in the vehicle at all times.

3. All vendors must be setup on their site by 8:00 am on the Saturday (May 2nd) or site can be resold to

waiting list.

4. All vendors must stay on site until 2:00 pm on Sunday and no vehicles allowed in Arena/Curling Rink

prior to 2:00 pm.

5. All vendors must enter thru back gate and check in at office prior to setup, if not check in at office by

8:00 am Saturday, the site will be available for resale.

6. All generators must be shut off by 11:00 pm and not running again until 7:00 am.

7. Please do not be driving in and out during flea market public hours.

8. Each Vendor will receive a complimentary hat, not each site.

(ie. you have 3 sites you will receive 1 hat).

Please following the above to assist the management in ensuring we have a safe event.
