Had 3 or 4 @ the strip ; one went 10.30's the others all in the 11's. You should have brought her down, would have been very good race!

13.99 and faster helmet required.

Snell approved for drag racing is rquired. D O T are for motorcycle. Look inside/under the liner, there will be a rectangular brownish label,on it will be the Snell designation:

M85 & M95 are very old and should be hanging on the wall in the shop/garage.

M2000 expired Jan 1 2014

M2005 now available but expires Jan 1 2017

M2010 now available;expires on Jan 1 2022

M2015 now available. I have seen 3 now @ the strip, these have 12yrs before expiry

and YES @ the BigRig Nats there is a pickup truck class, not sure on the prize money or entry fee. smilesmilesmile

You will have to go by me to get on the track; I am the Tech Inspector,NHRA bronze for the last 5 years  smile biggrin

If 11:49 or faster Carl ,the truck would fall into Street legal category and then all you need is the helmet and one layer jacket to race.

John

Not sure why you call this a "Hellcat Eater" when you're only running 12's?

Hellcats can run 10's with sticky tires  or run 11's or 12's if driver is not experienced

This old Diesel Silverado is the same   if it hooks up it will surprise a Hellcat owner or ZL1 owner

The conversation was for entertainment purposes....  don't get too serious  wink

Ya, too bad that they are wrong. Got sent an article about a Charger vs a Telsa model S, and the Tesla spanked the Dodge. No burnout to get the tires warmed up etc, just all wheel drive.

Truck was invited to  Schied Diesel Event  15.000 people   owner has a Hellcat    wants to run the 'Eater   offered 1000.00 in products if it can run within a second of his car on street tires''

http://www.scheiddiesel.com/scheid-diesel-extravaganza.html

I changed the tires today    had to make sure old ones were done...  Takes a lot of brake to hold her long enough to melt tires   She wants to go   spinning aint winning  with 1000 ft burnouts  lol    Its a fun late model hot rod
