Day started trying to decide between the Roseneath and Trenton shows. Started out with T.J's morning call saying he wanted to go to the Trenton show, so the two wagons headed east. We had a nice tour to Trenton seeing lots of nice iron on the road. the 30 dollar entrence fee for a couple of hours seemed a little steep so we parked in the spectator lot . Lots of high performance type cars and nice finished rods, burnout contests and rev contest. I saw Molten and Lightspeeds cars. We said hello to Blue Chev and Moon Doll , Pistedandbroke and Chris Stapley. and always enjoy inperson meetings with the guys from here . After a couple hours we decided to hit the Roseneath show as well We had a very cool drive thru the country roads, curves and hills. It was funny to see Seeker and friend coming the other way out in the middle of the boonies. You never know what you will see out on the road. Got to Roseneath and wandered for another hour or so, totally different vibe ,more quiet restored group. Loved the fact they now allow motorcycles. Two shows with completely different feels and a great tour thru the country with friends, a great day. Ed

Was very good to see you lads first thing too, made the show right at that moment.. Lots of potential there ,they just need to get car count up perhaps lowering Sunday admission and having say ten of your dollars instead of five and no car for filler for them...

Agree with that idea,& have said that Oshawa Auto fest should do the same for people that only want[or can only do] the Sun. or whatever 1 day they can do!!! Pretty steep to pay full price & only get a 1/3 of the time there. I did the Lakefield Fair show on Sun. nice drive, pretty "hokey" judging, but had a good days outing for $5 + a few gallons of fuel!!!!
