I had a sedan gasser in mind when I started with this stuff but we're changing direction with our other Willys race car and I won't have the time or money to proceed with this project It's a 39 shell(no floors) sitting on an original chassis. The fibreglass front end is a 40 and needs a little mending. I have good glass rear fenders and lower rollpan. I also have the front half of another sedan cab that I thought of building into a pickup like Kiwi Kev has done on the HAMB. It's sitting on a 37 Ford chassis that has a front stub and a chrome dropped axle. This chassis has a 78 GM rear axle under it complete with brakes and tires and an aluminum fuel tank mounted. I have lots of doors and a decent trunklid for the sedan. I also have a 1939 Willys Canadian title. I would like to sell it all as a package for $3800. I'm in Niagara Falls.
Here's the 39 sedan section sitting on the frame. I have doors for it. The aluminum fuel tank with sending unit is fitted in the frame.I can add the front fibreglass nose to it and will sell it with a Canadian 39 Willys title. It will make a great Willys ratrod or build into a gasser. Price is $2300.
I have a 38 Ford pickup cab sitting in Saugertties NY. I was going to cut the back quarter of it to weld to the back of the sedan.I paid $125 for it but I haven't made time to go get it. I can give directions to pick it up or possibly pick it up for the cost of the trip.
