My" GUESS " is a late thirties Ford aftermarket piece -- Somewhere from '35 - 39 ?? --- Chime in guys !! -- LATER -- DON / Fleet 51

My guess is Chev or Pontiac someware in the 40s . Best guess 46-7-or 8 by the markings on it ,kinda look like the lower fender lines on those Chevies. Ed
