What's this about?

Is this a dedicated-to-London-area-only branch of Ontario Rodders?

After taking a closer look at the Kijiji ad, it certainly appears to be linked to this site simply based on this picture. Is this site breaking off into smaller "local" groups?

Please let me know when the South Eastern Kilworthy Ontario website gets up and running.
