I would think that they will have to pass same standards as regular vehicles!!! Kit cars will have to pass the standards for the year on ownership, so if it's a recent "build" & registered as [ lets say a 2004] then must have all equipment that a 04 would have????? Lots of "grey" areas on that!!!!
