Basically inheriting a car from a relative that received regular service and told it would pass a safety check ... only to find a couple of estimates for the work required to get it a Safety for ownership transfer ... $3,500 & $5,200 ... one of which was the mechanic who regularly serviced the car and said everything was alright ... wink

I would hate to have to go through the threat of that every year or 2 ... wink

I'm sure that would be GREAT business for the garages ...

Ya, I think of all the TAX grabbed on every repair order on Parts & labour!!! More for the "Witch" with a B to blow!!!!

I'm sure that would be GREAT business for the garages -=Ya that never happens Here...PERIOD.

If anyone wants honest truthful work done ...Just say so.=Problem solved .
