 There is no such thing.

Save your money.

For a little shrink, if you have a bubble in the metal, get a shrinking disc.

I gave a kick press to a friend that I never used. You can buy them cheap just look around.

I have a "shrinking hammer" - it has a sharply knurled face. Its supposed to work like a smaller version of tucking. Doesn't work very well at all and I usually heat shrink instead using a torch with a small tip.

That's because it stretches the metal.

There is no possible way to shrink metal with steel on steel contact.

 

I had one before also. I ended up using it to make a custom hammer with.
