Hello:  I am hoping to find some narrow mag wheels for my front end similar to KMC Deuce which come in Satin or chrome (but are not narrow).  My steering is manual and wide tires might make it a bit more difficult to turn.  I like the look of the KMC Deuce.  My front axle is off a 1946 Ford five bolt.  Can anyone suggest a similar pattern available in Canada ?  Thank you in advance.

Please forgive my ignorance but I did get into this hobby to learn AND have fun in the process.  I looked at my bolts and could not determine where the three different configurations you mention come into it?  All I know is that the tires wheels have 5 bolts.  The front axle is off of a 1946 Ford and the rear is off a 1966 L.T.D..  If you will enlighten me, I will take some more measurements.

I spent another day grinding weld seams so I can put in my beaded floor.  I made templates a few days ago.  Hope to be ready to roll in a few months.  The driveline is fine and running.  Just body stuff to do but it takes a while.

Thank you Warren so much for being kind enough to assist.  Those KMC Deuce mags are sweet but I'm hoping there is something similar here in Canada.

Use this diagram.  I assume your wheels are five lug, if not Google wheel bolt patterns.

Jim
KMC makes a wheel with the 5 on 5.5 bolt pattern but the narrowest is 8.5" and 18 - 22" tall. I would suggest going into the Summit site and clicking on wheels and then KMC and then 5 x 5.5. That will show you everything that KMC makes for your application. I you just pick 5 x 5.5 it will show you just about every wheel that is made for the 5 x 5.5 bolt pattern. Maybe you should tell us what vehicle these are going on or better yet, past a picture. Always lots of ideas around here.

Cuddles.. I assume you checked your rear axle bolt pattern as well. A 66 LTD is usually 4.5.

I wish I could take credit but I didn't build it. But I am finishing it. I made templates for the floor so I'll cut the floor when it warms up a bit more. Did my first welds. Did a lot of sanding (grinding) and cut the grill for the radiator. Got the doors on and adjusted. Got the motor running. Putting in a resister today (to prolong the life of the points, I'm told). I'm new to all this but I'm lovin every minute of what's left to build. And maybe this is just my first ? I'm hopin.

Yes I am and I'd like to sell the ones on the car now to help in getting the mags I want. If you're in Warkworth, we aren't that far apart. I guess you made it to Chrome on the Canal.
