Never heard of him but, if the last name is spelled correctly there are three S. Tolton's on Canada411 in Ontario. Kitchener, Tiverton and Brockville. Also, there are only 51 Tolton's in Ontario (listed) so if you have an idea of his location in Ontario, contacting someone from the Canada411 list may get you in contact with a relative who knows his contact info.
