A post on a lighter note today ...

The weather is sure starting to looking nice over the next week in Southern Ontario (GTA) ... smile

Do you think we'll be able to start thinking of putting away our snow shovels / snow blowers and start dusting off our rides and checking everything out for the summer ... confuse

Or are we going to get clobbered with all the snow we didn't get yet this winter wink

My Snow Blower is taking up quite a bit of room in the garage ... and if I put it away for the summer ... we're sure to get

some major snowfall  ... no

Up here, we have gotten our fair share of snow, although not what they expected.....I have taken my blower off my tractor, still have the blade on the other, so should be OK....They are saying snow for good Friday, but I have my doubts

I'm keeping mine ready ... too ... even if I've hardly had a chance to use it this year ... but it does take up a lot of room in a 2 car garage ... sharing with a couple of full size cars ...

A 1970 electric lawn tractor fitted with a modern snow blower ... charged & waiting ...

Yesterday, out here on the Island, it started off nice and sunny. Temp about +10.
Then it clouded over, started to rain. Not unusual. Then there was thunder which we hardly ever hear.Next thing you know, the rain had lumps in it.
Yes, snow at +8 degrees.
Weird or what?

Bin out driving my 77 Ventura every day this week . The 55 is almost ready to go.There are actually a surprizing number of cool cars and bikes out this early. Gotta drive them every chance you get . Ed

Saw a neat 5 window deuce coupe at a Timmy's yesterday. A few bikes are out too, but still too cool for my bones.

   Wow, I have never even heard of an electric lawn tractor let alone one made in 1970.  That is really cool smile

There were a few different ones being made in the early 70's with  the oil embargo and raising gas prices ... and a few modern attempts even today ...

It rides just like a golf cart, I'm using a lot of the same components now ... but steering gets a little stiff with the extra 500# added with weights and snow blower ...

Plated the wagon on Tuesday, drove it into Port Perry for maiden trip!!! ran fine, snowed Wednesday, back in storage!!! Was that it!! for cruising this year????
