Always amazed how many there are . Hundreds of sites for cars and parts. Always lots for sale all over the country.
What I can't figure out is how they hold there value. Always lots of tri5s at any car show. I enjoy the hell out of mine.
Drive it ,show it, race it ,mostly enjoy it. Ya I get it. Ed

i remember buying these 5-6-7's in the late 60's paying from a 100.00 to 200.00 bucks. oops, plus the hit me insurance. lol  the first line of business was usually yanking the 6cyl out and putting in a 283 4 barrel with dual exhaust that ended somewhere between the front and back seat, then cutting the floor for a fenton 3 spd shifter with a hand chisel. the odd one would almost make it through a couple of summers but not many.

i remember being in a pinch for reliable wheels to go to the strawberry fields music festival at mosport and i bought a maroon and cream 4 door 56 from an older lady in the south end of peterboro whose husband had passed, 150.00 ???, it didn't quite make the whole round trip though. we ended up on it's side in a ditch around the cavan area on the way home, it had something to do with the hitch hiking cats along the way giving away free dope for a ride. oh-oh-oh   a couple of the guys were bidding to buy it when we got home as i wasn't into 4 doors.  in hindsight that was too bad, it was a nice car he had bought new and looked after it.

I thumbed from Mimico to that festival. Met some interesting people.Heard some great music and thumbed home.
Last thing I actually remember about it is setting up camp and joining other campers for a bonfire, the rest is a blur. Ed
