The Hogtown Metalshaping Meet will be held at my work place on the third weekend of October this year. No experience necessary and is encouraged. I will bring all my shaping equipment from home but we could always use more shaping stuff such as e-wheels, hammers, bags, stumps, etc.
E-wheels are extremely important and a few guys brought theirs last year. I appreciate the effort they took and it would be great if it could happen again.
I have manual shrinkers and stretchers and also the Baleigh power shrinker/stretcher to play with. We have enough TIG welders so we're OK there.
BBQ lunch will be served both days. Doors open at 8:00 AM and run until everyone's burned out.
The meet will be held in the Markham Road/Finch Avenue area in Scarborough. (Toronto)
We have plenty of space for your projects, doors, hoods, fenders etc, so bring them along.
If you wish to attend please reply to this thread so I have an idea of how many are coming.
