Probably the perfect seat for your application would be buckets from a 50s Morris Minor but good luck on that one. I used the Procar 1400, they are only 17" wide and really comfortable. I don't think you find anything narrower then that.
I just noticed a pair on Facebook Marketplace that look a lot like what you are after. The add says 18 widex22tallx20 long . I don't know how to link but maybe they are close to what you need. Ed

Far to wide, and too modern for my application, thanks though!
A pair of these will probably work!...
bingo, i have a pair of them i am pretty sure at the warehouse, chevelle buckets with mounting brackets. let you know in the morning if i recollect right. mom always said, 1 picture is worth a 1000 words, lmao
Bass boat seats? Fold down backs, flat bottom for rails or sliders not to big, not real expensive, about 50.00 ea. new. Grey ones from Bass Pro and/or Cabelas, blue one is Princess Auto.

no, they are gone. when i was looking for a good pair for the 70 i ended up with 2 pair somehow. the meat inspector was chirpping about some stuff in the warehouse that shouldn't be around and my manager sold them off with a couple of other things, sorry i forgot that part. but thanks for that pic, when i asked him where they were it seems he forgot my end of the money.

Hey bud, try the wrecking yards for a pre-'80 Econoline, preferably a base model/cargo van. My Dad had one and the base model seats were small, about 2" narrower than Mustang style buckets - this I know because I have buckets in the Falcon. I added a pic I found online, it looks wide but trust me, they're not.
