I'd put together a portfolio with lots of pictures, certifications, a full description of everything done and determine how you want to drive it, full time, cruises, racing and be up front with the brokers. If they issue a policy and find you left something out, your policy will be void and that much tougher to re insure. I would approach Lant/Hagherty, Zehr and your current insurer to see where they stand. I know you said co-worker but it is easier to think in the second person.
Good Luck

Most insurance co. will "shy" away from vehicle with a "roll cage" as they think it will be used for racing!! Which would VOID your policy "anyway"?????
