Anyone heard if there going to cancel, Postpone or ??? Would think all the shows & cruises that are in May, will be done too?? The way it's going so far, I can see sitting in the cars in garage, pretend to "bang" some gears all summer !! Will save fuel but not alot of fun.

I booked a spot for Stirling for the first time in 8 years,have so much stuff,I thought,I will give it a try,well even if it was still going to happen,I still would not go,you don't know who is sick or not and all the close contact with people would be bad.

Boy, with all this time to work on our rides, just think of all the advances everyone will have made with their rides by the time there is another car show.
The number one priority is to get that carbon tax implemented as of April 1st!
And the "peckerhead" did!!! Of all times to raise "any" taxes" but our "whimpy" leader says "we will get more back later" That's if the Government has any money left when this is over???

Well that was a "Given" Next will be the Barrie "sock & Jewellery & underwear"swap meet to bite the dust. I don't think there will be any Car Shows or Cruise Inns either,so this summer looks pretty grim for the old car hobby!! I don't even know if we will be able to "just go for a Sunday drive" as it may not be considered "essential" travel???

A car club did just that the other day.
Showed up at a local hospital and donated a bunch of PPE and food for the essential workers.

Woodward Dream Cruise. Due to COVID-19, most events and venues have been cancelled and closed. you confirm the dates and details for each event with the venue itself prior to attending.
Stirling's web site is posted as "CANCELLED for 2021 "see you in 2022!!! I doubt Lindsay will be a "GO" with restrictions on step 2 & 3 on the number of people allowed to "congregate " outdoors by their date .

Hot off the press AACA Lindsay is taking a membership vote on canceling the swap meet right now and votes have to be in by July 2. Let you know the outcome as soon as I am told.
They are only allowed 1,800 people on the grounds inside and out at one time including workers & venders. You would also have to preregister for admission tickets in advance. I can not see it happening with the stipulations they are given by the fair board.

that one is on my bucket list of to do's. i could of went years ago with some members of the fbbo forum when i was building the hemi car and it's looking like i probably should of. lol i wonder if it will ever be same when it does come back??

geoff i don't think i would even try to go this year if the border did open up. i should of went with the fbbo bunch as they had it down to a science with their parking and etc. but life was a busier back then. lol
was talking with my sister last nite who is a nurse in san antonio and she said things are still messed up in certain republican areas were the vaccine numbers are down. thanks for remembering the box bud. lol
"After polling, it was clear that most members, due to Covid concerns, would rather not have the Flea Market this year and we feel the safety of our members is very important. Our next Flea Market will be held on May 28th and 29th of 2022.
