Try Westhill Die in Mississauga. Practically a one man operation, but he has been crimping e-brake cables for years and knows his stuff, especially about crimping. If he can't supply the hose, there are plenty of places on line that sell the supplies. Another place I have used over the years is National Hose on Milner in Scarborough. Good Luck.

Have you tried Rolland Rad & AC up in  NewMarket ??

They crimped all the fittings for me several years ago when I put Vintage Air in my old Caddy ...

No problems with any of the hoses so far ...

Thanks guys.
The young lad here that needed the hose asked our local jobber, and it turns out there is a place 1/2 KM away from the shop.
Who woulda thunk?

Called DTC Industrial at Markham Rd. and McNicoll area.
