looking for info on a long lost custom

my son asked if I could post this for a friend.what I am looking for is if anyone remembers this 51 meteor custom.at one time it appeared in a car show (unknown to me where or when)it sported a y-block and custom covering for rear seat with a diamond pattern stitched in.hopefully it will ring a bell.family are searching for any recent info.note in the shot of the back it appears to be sporting a club plaque

Where was it from?
Try asking at the Roadmates car club if it was from the Toronto area.

thanks Rick I will pass it on.I used to stop in the shop on st.clair (karbelt)small but always had unique stuff on the shelves.their decal was pretty neat too.I will try to find more about them after reading they were still around in the 90s.
