A project I was given to clean up this summer, a good friend's wife came home with it one day after "rescuing" from a not so deserving first
owner,lol.. Erin took a car that was basically assembled between 2004-2006 and then just driven, never painted, fitted, washed etc... and
asked me to help her pretty it up a bit. We also did things like make inner hood bracing, adding hinges etc instead of the cheesy looking
hood pins on one end and hood latch handles on the other. Initially it was intended on clean up slightly, and a semi gloss paint, no time at
all I was faced with making it straight enough and door gaps etc good enough for gloss black,lol.. some of you have seen it, some wonder
why I've been so lazy this summer on here... I was still lazy but got stuff done too...
Buying selling and trading garage toys and big kid stuff.
As arrived
Starting to block out mould lines and gap panels, sorry about the orientation from my cellphone..
Hood that I added the rivets and the edge to the scoop to emulate a proper aluminum hood
Inner structure to allow for proper latching and closing
As it was headed home
If I get any slacker, they tell me theyre gonna start calling me Rick...

Municipal plow truck again... Oh yeah, and we lowered a Civic, a Kia, a Infinity, did a transmission in a Mercedes plus lowered it too,
