I'm planning to install a dually wheels into my 2018 Ford 150. Do you think it will be a great boost in terms of towing?

If it has Tits,Tires or a Track,your gonna have a problem with it.

It's not just rear end. Your frame, springs, tranny, drive shaft and more all need to be strengthened as well. If you need more towing, better off getting a bigger truck
