If anyone needs a pattern for making external sun visor mounts, I made some from an old rusty one I recently acquired.  I did a little forming after cutting and filing and I still have to curl 4 edges on each one but I'm leaving a third one flat to be used as a template for any future needs.  I have two of the old sun shields / visors to restore.  Not sure who made them way back when. Might be Fulton. I don't know. One goes on my 42.
