I need to install an electric fuel pump on my car that is carbed.

Does anyone know of a 12v low pressure fuel pump that is relatively quiet and will support 400 hp comfortably? So at least 35-40 gph flow rate

I bought what was supposed to be an ultra quiet carter pump and it sound like a mini chainsaw running under there - even over the sound of the noisy mufflers.

HELP!!!
