I've bought Vevor wheel sets from Amazon. Face book , kijiji and ebay have them also...
Your looking at approx $330 for the 4 wheels and tires and another $100 or so for the wheel hubs with bearings. Be careful the bolt pattern on the wheels are different than popular hubs.

It may be cheaper to buy a whole rolling gokart chassis though .
This is what I do with old wagons and the wheels.
