My car and model photos are here. Each album is titled according to the show or collection; just click on the album and the thumbnails will show, then click on the thumbnail to see the photo full size. There are about 25,000 photos there...see you in a few days :)
I have been around cars since I was 8 watching my cousin working on my uncle's car. I started building model cars when I was 11; started attending car shows at 13, displaying at 14, working with producers at 21; joined a race car club at 25 and started rallying and working at race tracks like Mosport; have been taking photos since the 60s and have a few thousand on my photo page.
Welcome to the site! I also spent many hours building models... most are gone now, but I have a couple I've kept. I have a 1:18 scale die cast '65 Ford F-100 in pieces that I want to paint up as a replica of my truck. I really should get back to it and get it done! When I get a chance I'll check out your photos too! Cheers
I just added an avatar. No, that's not me. It's a cast resin gear shift knob. The basic casting is made in the U.S. I bought it and then painted it, starting with a white pearl base and then adding the various trim colours by hand. It stands about 6 inches tall and you can actually tap into the base and put it on your gear shift lever. I also have a few Rat Finks, in resin and plastic and some other decorative pieces that I sell from time to time. Now that you have stared at it, go take as cold shower :)
