Saw your Pick-up and the Jim Oddy Anglia at the Ancaster fall swap meet. Seeing the Anglia brought back memories when Dad ran his AA/ Altered at Kohler and Niagara.

Rodmaster, really nice cars. Looks like we share some interest in make/models. Perhaps we should get together this spring/summer? Hey Slammed 35, remember the Pepper Mill falcon?

The car had a 300 inch Ford six and ran H/MP .....Jim won the Indy Nationals in that class in the early 70s.....72, I think

The Pepper MIll is the reason I own a Falcon today. Went to Niagara with my Dad, watched the car run and was hooked. That was when I was about 9. A couple years back my family and I were at Grand Bend for the Nostalgia meet, I was 52 then, do the math. We were sitting up top when a Comet rolled to the line with Pepper Mill on the door. Went down to meet Jim later, told him the story & that I'd been searching for the Falcon. He told me he owned it again and was restoring it. I can't wait to see it run again. Jim is a very nice guy too.
