I have a 9 inch with 3.25 gears.I'd like to step up to 3.90's or 411's. Any one know of a place in the Waterloo area that would be able to help?

Have you tried JMW ? http://www.jmw4x4.com/ . Worth a shot.
Let me know if/how that works out for you.

Forest and Forest is in Ayr by the new community center. They won't have any used pots but they will sell you new or set up a set of gears you have. Try Country Choice Light Trucks in St. Jacobs, Dan sells his housings to Forest and Forest but keeps the gear sets. Try JMW, Jim has another yard in Listowel were he keeps alot of the old stuff.
