I'd like to add that all of these vehicles are abandond in the bush in 3 different areas arround my house. and there is more that I'll be posting..........

I just think if someone wants parts for these cars and trucks like a cool old dash for their rat rod or that hard to find piece...it's there rotting away......

I think that everyone has either forgotten about them or wouldn't notice if they were gone! or care.........

Cool pics! Love the panel.... makes you wonder how these vehicles ended up where they are? If only they could talk I'd love to hear their stories

That's kinda why I went looking for them, over a couple of pints an oldtimer told me a story of his younger years how he was hired to "get rid of some cars". I believe that I may have found them. the first picture of the ford is in this pond which you can see the cars under the water.

Awesome pics! Love relics like these...

Its unfortunate that they've reached their final resting place, but like I said earlier I'd love to know their story, that's what intrigues me the most - who owned them? where did they drive? what memories are tied to these vehicles? how and why did they end up where they did? Very cool... love to see more if ya got 'emsmile

If these are the cars the old fella was talking about.
These unlucky souls were stolen from their owners long ago stripped of thier goodies and dumped in a shallow grave. kinda sick way to look at it but it happened!
I guess back then if a customer wanted a part the local junkyard would get it for you no questions asked.....aparently there is a couple of full semi trailers that were backed into a hole and covered up with dirt also. Still looking for those..... so you said you wanted more? how about guessing what car these dashes came out of.

the first one is a 1957 ford the second is from monarch richelieu 56 but 55 had the same dash..........the other one look like from a ford truck 53 to 55.........next is from a chevy truck early 50 s and the other one is either a dodge or plymouth 57 may be 58...................but the only one i m sure of is the monarch cause i own a 56 and mine actually have the same green color

30-S6 thanks wasn't aware of those in that area. Lots more around, drivin the real back country in spring/fall when the leaves are off you can spot numerous vehichles. Wondering, have you seen the old truck collection down in Arnstein , mostly Internationals, but there is a few cars in behind them?
Another couple is back in Boulter in a ravine.

That does look fun...my wife would look good in that. cause real guys don't drive rag tops unless they are the size of your living room and enough leather to cover 8 cows
