The very first picture of the '32 pickup was built by Jerry Watson in Hamilton, back in '57 or so.
Jeff Norwell has done a great job in rebuilding it. When it was built, it had full fenders.
There is a magazine article on it somewhere.
I knew Jerry Watson.

The article I posted is the same truck. Article named the builder as Gerald Watson of Hamilton Ont. The truck was also known as the Diamond Duce.

Jeff Norwell's truck was originally built by Cam Watson from Hamilton when it was in the magazine in the 60s

The yellow 23T with the flames i painted about 15 years ago for someone in smithville

yep your right gerald watson not cam, i believe he had a wrecking yard just south of Hamilton in Caistor Center not to many locals remember him, he passed away years ago, i tried to do some research for Jeff many years ago, I think the only one who remembered Gerald was "Mac" (John MacDougall) who built and owns the wheel stander 65 Dodge A100 "Little Blue Express"

Yes, family cottage is at Lafontaine so if I am up I'll head into Midland Sunday nights. I try to go to Wasaga once or twice a year as I know a couple of people over there. I am going to review my photos and see if I have taken a picture of your car.
