i didn't take any pics because i was hauling tools but we did see a 4 dr 57 chevy car that had just come in and i know that a 58 biscayne 4 dr was on the other side of the yard. i'll bring my camera with me next times. this guy is cheap we paid 45 for t5 out of a s10 for a friends 57 chev truck

hello i am fatstax, flatblack55's mentor, guru, inspiration and spiritual leader. i was at tafts today and saw the car you are talking about racerrick, its a 58 desoto and it only has the fron seat, i am planning on goin gback next saturday, the seat is 4 out of 10 but i can grab it if you want.
any ways i have begun the rat truck project and today was great success! a 81 dodge rolled in to the yard when i was there and has the leaning tower of power, which by the way is not seized and i assume it runs. the carb from that engine bolted directly on my 51 buick straight 8 that i am going to use for the rat truck. in other words a good day for certain, as well i scored a 57 chev windsheild already removed for me and sitting in the window frame of the car. i gave to our friend TJ for his 56 wagon project.
ok i am going back to tafts this week so i can grab the seat for you, it will be cheap so i wont soak you for big dollars. you can arrange to get the seat anytime you want rick
