My first car was a 64 Austin 850(Mini).ran maybe 3 out of 7 days .Lukas (prince of darkness)electrics never ran when wet,and got used to the burning smells.Good thing it was small so I could pushstart it myself,I invented skate boarding(so I say) pushstarting that thing,One foot on the ground one inside push push sit pop the clutchmaybe it will start maybe it won't.Learned a lot of mechanical stuff owning that car, worst car I ever owned, but when it worked gawd it was fun like driving a gokart you couldn't wipe the smile off my face with a 2x4 when that car ran properly. My wife called it that little tin box,the door was just the sheet metal thickness with a shelf inside, the windows were sliders that fell out sometimes , the engine was practicly in your lap and you could almost get your stuff out of the trunk from the front seat .Like I said worst car I ever owned but also one of the most memorable cause it was the first one and it was fun .
