I may be blowing my own whistle here (that doesnt sound right!) but here are a couple books you all may be interested in. I wrote these while living in Cambridge starting with Grumpys Toys in 2008. The book was released a year ago January while the Junior Stock book on the right will be released August 15th. You can preorder this one. If you love 60's stock class drag racing, you'll love this. Countless bios, race coverage and approximately 500 photos.
Grumpys Toys covers the career of Bill "Grumpy" Jenkins and was written in conjunction with the Grump. The book covers all the cars and his career dating back to the 1950's. Both books are now available through your local store or online. Thanks for allowing me to plug away.
Your best bet, price wise for either book is to go through amazon.ca. Your local store can order the books in by asking for them by title or author. The stocker book should be in their system by now. Ive seen a few guys at the larger shows (Ancastor, etc) selling Grumpys Toys but they want more $$. Thanks for your interest Doug
