I have been guilty of spilling a beer or two (three?) down my own throat ... so, based on my own experience, I can honestly suggest too much drinking had absolutely nothing to do with the creation of that vehicle.
Mom always told me "you got nothing good to say, then say nothing" ... I shall take her advice and stop right now :)
Somebody should be punished for doing that. I would start by taking away all their tools and enrolling them in a scrap booking course where they can put their cut and paste abilities to better use.
