wow what a surpraze when I got to the park.Everything was full.Front lawn, park across the road, south lawn, parking lots back and side.Found a spot on the road with some other latecomers.Wandered over to get regestered and a guy comes up to me and says is that your car and points to the delivery ,yes I say thinking I was going to be asked to move but it turns out to be Hemi43 and his son just sayIng hi.We had an interesting talk about stuff here and other stuff and I enjoyed putting a face to someone that I had only talked to on this site.He really has an awsome ride and I hope to see him at the Saturday cruse in town(hope I can get to a few more of them as well) .Didn't get far and I ran into Bluechev and MustangSally .I haddent seen them since Armdrop last year and I had another good chat and said I had to get going and regester. On the way to the booth I runinto a coupla guys from my old car club, again a really good conflab and I am on my way .Now its been about 45min.since I arrived and I finally get to the booth and regester and ask for the dash plaque .You can guess what she says.Oh we are out you shudda got here eartier, that guy got the last one.She pionts to a guy walking away waving the last on in the air.I got this flashbach to a Sinefeld episode and a rie bread, but the guy was kinda big and my knee was acting up and you know.So I start checking out the cars and run into 70Chevell and catch up on some interesting happenings at the cruze night Sat that I missed concerning a certain Friend and contributer to this forum who shall remain nameless but drives a Buick and likes Earieos breakfast cerial.Found Bluechev and sat with them again, this time I was honered to be offered the tailgate of his choped pickup. The band started so I set off to listin an ran into Two more guys Fred with the55and Dave"The Lurker"AKA Chop on this site, maybe we will be blessed with some of his insite and memories at some time.Dave and Fred could fill the hotrod memories thred and keep you laughing for months.Watched the parade with my wife, daughter and grand kids, now that was a lot of running around.Anyway It was another really fun day filled with family, friends,a live bands, food,a parade and some awsome cars.I had a really fun day but somebody owes me a dash plaque.  Ed

Never been to the Port Hope show, but I must say it's a nice spot for a car show !! Lot's of trees and grass. I only hung around for about 30 minutes to see the cars then went for a drive. I enjoy cars, but I hate just sitting around all day.
Nice to see Ed, and hope to hit some of the local cruises in that area.
