Seems many of us do not know what everyoen else has or is driving or working on.

Right now i am doing a 53 chevy 2 door..got the body off the frame...scored a great deal on another chassis down south with sbc in it with a 12 bolt, so the body will go on that,,will post pictures after i get the mess cleaned up in my garage ..plans are to make it into a drag car after all said and done.

no matter how much rust or extent of finished or not finished - our rides are special because they are ours, and not a factory cookie cutter

nice ride Poncho, now wheres the pic of you - or do you have some rust showin too... lol

I am sort of ashamed to show mine right now.....rust is growing on it and I dont have the ambition to get after it, still driving it though.....Hers what it looked like a couple of years ago.

 Dont know about rust, but I do have some crust.....lol

at the Grand Canyon a couple of years ago

What we put in  454 +.030 Comp Reto LS 6 Cam,Comp Gold roller rockers,fully ported 3931063 heads(done by me)2.19/1.88 valves,Hooker Super Comp Headers,Performer RPM intake,Race preped Quadrajet (Bill Little- Belmont Automotive) AllSTar Performance convertor,Turbo 350 & 3.73 gears.smile

The last 3 are the 283 Acadian engine I bought complete for my car,steel crankshaft,194 block,casting dates are March & April 1966.Not the born with but close enough for mesmile

Sold my '34 coupe last fall and started on the T coupe. My driver the last few summers has been this ElCamino. It's a California car and has had a complete frame off resto. (not by me) All I've done to it is install the 700R4 trans and rework the original SS Chevelle floor shifter to work with the OD and install new seat covers. It's got the original 283 punched to 292 and has a 4.11:1 gear and Moser axles with C Clip eliminators.

Here are a few of mine............ 32 coupe, my neatest toy. our 38 Chev sedan, the long distance cruiser, took it to LA already this summer. 29 Roadster, just a fun toy for local sunny rides and the 48 we put together for my oldest daughter.
