A few years ago...I used another truck with with a comercial box...car trailer and a car on it.
Going to a car show..... drove past an open weigh scale....in seconds they came after me and made me go back to the scale..... without thinking I did not do a logbook that day (sunday)...... Got whacked with a TON of CVOR points....and cash

1) no logbook
2) no current insurance...but had a current one faxed to the scale....didnt matter
3) Driving by an open scale with a comercial truck
4) tail light out....shook the plug and the light came on...didnt matter
and another one which I forget...anyway it cost me........

all in $1,800 in fines and 10 CVOR points

Now...I dont go anywhere without making sure EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE and RIGHT!

I finally found the sheet I have been looking for. It is titled DOES YOUR TRUCK REQUIRE AN ANNUAL SAFETY INSPECTION. Here is a photo of the sheet, the bottom 1/4" is not printed on my copies.
