What do you know about Snow Performance Water Methanol Injection Kits
Permalink

Well had too much time on my hands today, can't combine beans soooo i got to reading and spent way too much time looking and finding out about these water methanol injection kits, the one i read the most about was from Snow Performance Boost, sounds like a great idea to cool the Plymouth down, currently running a 440 that i am very sure has higher compression, at least 11:1 or a bit better and get rid of the knocking issues i have had and with todays poor octane gas looks like it would be a plus, i would like to hear if any of you guys know about these kits and whats all involved to install and do they work or if anyone has actually tried them, thanks for any help here. This is the website to the site, the kit i am thinking about for my 440 is part number 20020MC. www.snowperformance.net

Very good kits. Also look at the Devil's Own water/meth kits. They have a good forum where you can get troubleshooting, system sizing, etx help.

I had a Snow kit on my Thunderbird Super Coupe (Eaton M90 blown 3.8 V6). With the Snow meth going, we were able to put a bunch more timing in and pick up almost 35 rwhp running it at 19 psi with a modded blower and 20% OD. Not sure how much gain they are good for in a naturally aspirated application, but I would think that you would see some nice results.

cheers
Ed
