My wife had a spinle cord injury, and cannot keep a clutch pedal pressed down for any length of time. She is wanting to drive the 34 chev truck I am going to install this in.She drive's all the car's we have and love's the hobby as well thanks joe mac
She could do what most people do at stop light. Knock it out of gear & let the clutch out, watch for the amber light opposite light, & stuff it back in gear, OR put the auto in for her!!!

It's not the stop lights that are the problem,It is the slowly moving or stop and go traffic that does her in.She has alway's driven standard and believe me she not happy that she cant now!
Don't you worry Joe,now that you're messing with a Chevy, you'll know them well in no time buddy,ha,ha.. Hey meant to tell you that the T touring body is now a car again, looks pretty respectable all together and painted a metallic maroon. Lives in teh Ayr Ontario area mow,one of Steve's buddy's got it for his daughter and new son in law who promptly restored it and is having a ball with it..

I would think so??? Ran into this with neighbours 57 chevy, we put too small of F/wheel on it [orginal 57] & newer starter, Nothing engaged when we tried to spin it over!!!! Ended up swapping out the flywheel to larger one, to match up with block mtg. starter. on late model 350
