well peeps i sold my shop in port hope, this has been a hard time for me i must admit.  i was in the ghetto garage for around 8 years, i made alot of money and built alot of things.  i am consumed with a great sadness though, the shop was mine and i had nobody to answer to but me, now thats gone, i rent a shop space where i dont own a single thing, it changes your perspective of things i will admit.  it was the best of times it was the worst of times.  although i am happy i am relieved of a great amount of responsibility and financial commitment, i would have rather kept the shop but i had to face reality.  the nice thing about the new shop is i can close the doors for a month and not bear any extra financial costs at all, i guess this is worth what i gave up.
