Like my profile say,s I have been addicted to this automotive madness all my life and was doing autobody and resto,s for a living. I,m from ont. (Dunnville area) and plan on moving to north bay area this summer and burn some rubber at the new Bonfield strip. Also hope to travel south to run Cayuga agin like I did back in the day.Presently building a 53 pont. gasser and finishing up resto on 65 chev 58 gmc 1/2 T pick-ups
Ya , fun is right. This car was an orig. sask car. Needed some floor work but that was about it for rust thru' but lot,s of dent,s and ding,s ; roof pushed down and a couple bullet holes.
Yes they have been picked over but still some out there , mostly trucks . Lot,s of auction,s out here and most will have an old pik-up or grain truck of some sort (Switzerauction.ca).Lot,s are being hoarded . Saw a 38 chev coupe all orig. sittin in field that went for $800. Left before auctioned cause felt it would go for much more. That,s one I,m still kickin my ass on.lol
Yes 427carl I,m doing all three at the same time but not doing rest,s or bodywork for customers anymore so I can get some work done on mine. Now all I need is the energy , parts and most of all the $$$$$$$$$.
