Hard to tell from the photos, but it's probably a bondo-ed up crapcan, and the owner knows it!

cheers

"runs and drives" indicates that the driveline might need work or rebuild. Hard to tell with the small photos, but it looks like something funny with the rear bumper. Could be a bondo can.

I wonder if the size of the car has any bearing? Good looking car, but shes a beast of a car. Smaller/midsize cars seem to be more sought after?

Nothing wrong with a big ol Pontiac. They always seem to take a back seat to the sister Chevies yet they were better cars. I'd let DualQuadPete have a peek at it at that price. Nothing comes without some work.

remember 65 to 70 maybe 71 big full frame chebby poncho olds buicks were famous for rotting out the frames right where the trans cross member mounts up to the side rails .
also you can tell if the frt frame arches are going , if the centre link is below the bottom edge of the frt cross memeber ..77.

Photos can be misleading. There's a 70's Chevy short box truck on kijiji right now. Looks real decent in the ad, but not in the driveway. I think the guy posted photos from years ago, right after it was painted. I had a 1 min look and drove away

Still loving this, and still on Kijiji.

http://hamilton.kijiji.ca/c-ViewAdLargeImage?AdId=439360468&ImageIndex=1

If it's still there when I get over, I'm having it! Maybe I should send the guy a note, in case he's thinking of scrapping it.

At 2K, I've done a lot worse, and for a first project for me I reckon it could be a great training wheel.

If you happen to be passing, that would be great, but don't go out of your way.

I still need to buy a house, lol.
