Hey everyone, im the new guy, some of you know me....(hi pete) and for those who dont, i like cars, all of em, last 3 years had a 70 Pontiac, 56 Olds, 80 Malibu Wagon, 77 Corvette, and as of Sunday a 40 Chev panel van....Pro street style....! none of them very nice (well the olds was kinda pretty)none expensive, couple were quick, all were loud, and mostly obnoxious, all driven alot, and abused alot....nice to meet everyone.
lol, my wife asks me the same everytime, My dad and uncle don think im a little nuts....yah, unless someone wanted to trade for a tri five or gasser of any kind, i will likely hang onto itfr awhile....i can live with pro street, will get lowered, alot, and something with some snot underthe hood. get rid of the hood sides, then some stripping of some form....lose the 80's mirrors, 23" lokar shifter, and some form of backseat that will fit between the cage so the kids can actually join me this summer.....
The 70 was a Strato chief, had 50000 orig miles, and was stone stock till I had it, a month later it had alum heads, air gap, bg 750, big comp cam, msd everything, Th400, 2800 converter, 411's....was big stupid fun....
my best buddy in high school (merivale) had a 70 laurentian i think the same colour and since it used to be his dads car, he only bought from jack mays.
