there s a place with more than one  1million dollar  car not like a hot rod but fun to look at..............while i was visiting auburn indianna museum

HOly Crap they have spruced things up in there since my visit, very nice,,was pretty sparse back then.. the first pic there is 427Carl pics,,,the wooden fender form I saw at the museum would have fit that car

The ACD Museum is a fantastic place to see cars, Was there this summer and there are seven more car & truck Museums in Auburn to see.

I was in there about 20 years ago,,interesting place, they had a wooden mold for pounding out late 30's early 40's fenders.. and then the last Auburn built,, there was also a boat tail bus sitting outside.. Whenever I had time to spare in the US I would always stop at the local tourism centre to see what the local claim to fame was ,,,even if it was the Largest Hairball on the planet I would pop in for a looksee..

I don't know how you do it Carl, but keep it up. You post the most beautiful pictures. You just enhance everyone elses so good. The decor of the ACD Museum in those pictures is the original showroom. Thanks Carl.

Love that era of car. Today's designers need to visit these places. A trip to Steve Plunkett's in London is a bit closer and every bit as awe-inspiring IMHO.
