OK, so here's something a little different.  I had a 67 z24 4spd. convert. that was nothing but rust.  I took a cal. rust free belair A/C body and made the only SS427 post SuperSport they never made.  Take a look and see what you think.  It's a very nice car and I gave it to my daughter for graduation from college.

I really enjoy cars that never were .There is a very cool GTO wagon I see at the Picton drags that really well done as long as they are billed as clones or phantoms and they aren't trying to fool anyone I love to see them.I have had lots of people scratching there heads looking at the tailgate on my delivery/wagon and trying to figure out what the difference is from other deliveries they have seen.Sometimes I tell them, real delivery 1peice liftgate/wagon 2peice,sometimes I leave them wondering. I used all the drive train(except diff.), hood, interior, brackets in floor etc. from the old car.
The crazy part is.
I sold the rest of the old car to a guy in B.C. who spent 3yrs. restoring it back to perfect cond.
It's beautiful now and just won best of show @ Chicago muscle car show.
He's got a fortune in that car.
He even found the orig. block out on the east coast where the car orig. came from.
More money and time than I would ever of put into it.
But man it's sweet.

Floors, frames and sheetmetal are the easy part for me.

Its the filler, sanding and painting I have trouble with

We have a body shop (panel beater) here, and the fellow will sand and paint and fill anything for 6-7.000.00     body work extra
