Mine wasn't a custom but a prototype by a large company for another. It was built by Porsche for Studebaker and was Porsches first 4 door car, not the Panamera as most believe.
Hey, was that Chevy the Moonglow? also if you go on Facebook, Steve Scott, builder of the Uncertain T is 70 today, he is trying to convince the current owner of the car to restore it, or sell it back to him....................
Wasn't that just in some print recently.Read something about someone finding it a the Waterdown swapmeet.I don't know the name but when I was a kid I remember building a model of a rod by Linburg that looked lot like it .As a mater of fact I still have peices of the Uncertin T and built the Ala Cart and LilCoffin over and over many times.Still have mavy of the models I built as a kid .Brush paint too much glue and use every part in the box. When I see them it always brings back the memories of little books and model cars.

I don't think that is Norwells truck. The truck in the magazine has the gauges on the dash (visible in one of the pics) ... I thought Norwells truck has the all the gauges mounted ABOVE (???) the windshield.
This car went by two different names and has been credited with two different build shops. This pic is before it became immortalized. Whats the name of the car and who built this first version?
