Should be able to glass 'cut" as it's flat!!!! regulator shouldn't be a problem as lots of Chevy truck parts available!!!

Bill's pretty good but he's run out of alot of his used Southern Steel.
Those windows have a metal surround so it's not as simple as just cutting new glass, I wish it were. Some guys use thinner glass to replace the older stuff and eliminate the surround. It just means you need to use a thinner felt window guide on the window opening.
If your interested I can PM you a bunch of sites to start looking at how to restore or modify these model trucks.

my friend is a pretty good mechanic  but not a lot of experience with old stuff   

The truck is coming across border soon 

I presume there is NO window or regulator   removed and lost

 Thank you     finally got at it this week   its a 1949  not 50  

 

  we ordered glass and interior trim from Bills    

 good prices  

 

now we need some 6 bolt rims
