I saw this on KIJIJI nice car but he's havin the same luck I've got with the 64 Catalina, " NO CASH BUYERS" out there!!! & has likely had lots of, or the same IDIOTS calling him with a trade for a "super MUDDER" 4X4 truck or some other thing that you "DON'T WANT or NEED!!!!

This 37 belongs to a friend of mine , This thing is about as rock solid as they come, it was an all original car before he updated it.. I cant believe it hasn't sold yet..
I have seen the car on kijiji too. It has been there for quite sometime. That tells the story on the market right now. The car in my opinion is not over priced just that there is no market for it. I am really feeling for the guys with the high dollar rides and can't give them away. There is money out there but people are spendig it in other ways. I know the boat market is hot right now and people have no problem coming up with the cash to buy them.
No roadside Emm. checks on a Boat!! This is hurting the re-sale of our cars i think, If it's been repowered it had better be "RIGHT" or your going to own it for a "long time"!!!!!

Thanks for the help Chad. I know you love it. We just got moved to Point Clark (near Kincardine) and we are wiped!! LOL. Lots of work moving out of town. Just got on the site. I am normally on here a few times a week. PM sent to Randy too. Have had 4 guys look at it, one of them twice, 2 are still interested and may be back, luckily they have nothing to sell. Who knows?? Wife loves it too so not a problem if I have to keep it :) My number here is 519-395-0722 if any interest. Doug

Doug - If you have to keep it, it would look great on the Kincardine main street for their Friday nite - long weekend Car Shows. Welcome to the area from Walkerton.
Thanks Will. Hope to meet some new folks here. I know there is also a car show corn roast on the beach here in Point Clark in August. We are a block from the beach. Doug
Drop it to under $10 G's & watch it go!!! Thats the majic # to sell!! Your not going to do that & neither am I on mine & seems like we both "DON"T HAVE to SELL" which is a good thing.I noticed at the car coral at Lindsay last wknd. that cars under 10 G's had the people "looking" at them [not saying they sold] but over that threshold very little interest & the 2 cars in the 60 to 85 grand were 'very lonely" !!!!!!!

I know what you are saying Doug I don't know why my cousin hasn't snapped up your car. I promised I would'nt buy anything until my car sold and it's been hard very hard to sell with only a couple low ball offers.A couple years ago you could'nt buy a glass 32 with no top 350-350-8" for 40k now thats all I've been offered for mine.If our dollar dropped some it would make it better but still not good.I think the low prices at BJ had a lot to do with it and the US resession.
Yep crazy market. Ya Randy, thought maybe your cousin would buy it, maybe he got sidetracked. Going to get it from storage next week and drive her. Maybe exposure at some shows would help but not in a hurry to give it away. Doug
Well my cousin finely got back to me tonite but he was sitting on the fence to long and I told him so. I hope you got what you wanted, but the big question is what are you going to buy to replace the 37?
Well I got a good price, tad higher than we discussed Randy so glad about that. Got lots to do on the new house so may wait until we go to Florida and see what I find down there. I would probably go back into the 60's stuff and get a Falcon or maybe go for a 48-68 pick up. Need something finished, sadly I can't be working on them anymore. Doug
Gone, buyer had it picked up today. I will be going to shows soon John. May try to get to Southampton cruise next Thursday night. Seems to be more down where I lived than up here? or maybe they are not advertised much. Watching Old Autos listings too. I know Kincardine has one coming in June. I was at Hanover one once, it is coming up too, good show. Is that a Maverick in your avatar, don't see many of those! Doug
Kincardine is a GREAT cruise nite - just 3 per summer. Southampton, Sauble Beach and Hanover are all good nites as well. Hope to see you soon. Yes, that is a Maverick and you said it, "don't see many of those" That is why I am doing it.
