Hey Fellas has anyone heard of Barnfinds.ca? I had a call on my 50 Ford P/U from the gentleman that owns the company. He put a very fair and resonable offer before me but I told him that there was an intrested party that was coming to look at the truck the next day and they had first dibs as I had prommised. The potential buyer showed up on time and we made the deal. The gentleman that owns barnfinds.ca called me back and seen that I had sold the truck on kijiji. He also told me that if the deal does not close for any reason that his offer stands and he will take it. It is nice to see that some people in the business still show integrity i didn't think that happened anymore. If I am ever looking for another car I will certainly be checking out his website to see what he has in his inventory.
thats interesting, awhile back i saw some ads on kijiji from a person advertising barn found vehicles, funny thing was though every car he had for sale seem to come from the same barn, he even went to the trouble of making it look like the vehicle had been in this barn for years but it was clear it was all an act. i doubt its the same person you are talking about
I'd rather have "stored in an air-tight bubble find", or "car filled with gold bars find"
Barns are cold and damp, well, in Scotland they are, and the only thing you'd find in one might be a crusty old vagrant, lol.
I was thinking of you last night when I was sipping on a glass of Drambuie !! You're going to crap when you find out how expensive that stuff is here. You had better bring a case back with you.
the money he will save on common items that we get for cheap will more than offset the cost of the drambuie. things pretty spensive across the atlantic.
Used to be a barn find was something that had been put away 50 yrs ago and forgotten about .I saw a 89 Chev truck listed as a barn find .Thats not a barn find ,the guy probably just had it parked there for he weekend. Ed
