Well let's see here... 100 mph in a 1964 Galaxie - white knuckles and NOT fun.
Over 140 mph in my '71 Ranchero big block ...in Ohio no less.
175 mph on my Kawasaki ZX-10, pretty much anywhere, anytime.
142mph in the 1/4 on a 900 Kaw dragbike.

More to come...

I'm not one for huge speed. I'm all about the green light launch and the neck wrenching Torque.

I'm with you on the launch thing. Torque is KING!

86 cobra GT 'tweaked'... 174 in an 80... 4th gear...
A) glad I didn't get to 5th...
B) glad the laws changed AFTER that little trip....
C) glad the cop wasn't too pi$$ed off....

Funny... Mine was early am too... Like soooo many others... Late, (almost) empty roads...

240 km/ hr, need was pegged and car was still pulling. Age 17, a very long time ago. Near Goderich some smal town rural roads.
On the track. 10.03, dont remember MPH. But I was passenger in mid 80s pro street Camaro ( I saw Elvis in 1000 ft) and I am not a good passenger.
