car will be ready for paint soon,will post more pics,tranny,4 speed of course!!should be back soon from shop.engine going out soon.all body work is done now except final 600 grit sanding, i made all new lines even used protective springs too look factory
billy idol??no try metallica!!!no metal yet on any body panel needed replacing,actually wasnt any rust to even grind down.lots of small bruises on doors and fenders to fix.i did replace part of drivers floor pan from pinholes,but it was buttwelded in properly.trunk floor had some pinholes that i welded up as well.ive never done bodywork ever before this i guess midlife crisis.thats supposed to be chevy blue just looks glossy i guess paint was fresh.next week im hopefully going to jamb doors and body parts and assemble.
Looks great! What kinda product did you use on the floors and all those parts? It looks like a very nice semi black. Sorry if I missed it if you already said.

as a young lad i could do that, "never labelled nuthin!!!" today i pretty much label the air breather and gas cap, just in case. lol i've been doing a major clean up and re-organization around here from years of being a pack rat, "i might need that some day". man i wish i had of labeled most of this **** 10yrs ago. i know its a set of brake rotors, for what. lol so i went and ordered a box of tags with wire and don't remember where i put them. lol
anyway, back to the build. its looking real good. it saves a ton of money and labor starting with a good platform, southern. keep up the work and keep us posted.
